On behalf of our well-known client, a producer of baked goods in Groß-Gerau, we are looking for a
Baker/Confectioner (m/f/d) with leadership responsibility in full-time.

Your responsibilities:

Independent management of line personnel
Various tasks on the equipment/production lines as well as general production work according to instructions
Informing the responsible line technician in case of technical problems
Continuous quality control of individual work steps in the area of responsibility as well as keeping quality records
Documentation of processes
Continuous monitoring of cleanliness and order as well as compliance with and monitoring of safety standards

Your profile:

Completed training as a baker/confectioner (m/f/d), food technology specialist (m/f/d), or a comparable education
Further training as a confectioner master, baker master, or technician desirable
Solid professional experience in a bakery or as a bakery manager
Several years of leadership experience preferred
Good knowledge of German in spoken and written form
Strong sense of responsibility, independence, physical resilience, flexibility, and reliability
