Your task

Individual consultation, support and assistance in reintegrating participants into existing employment
Individual consultations with participants at the Mount Auburn, IL location and at companies
Maintaining contact and collaboration with company stakeholders, service providers, clinics and network partners, as well as acquisition
Planning and conducting information events and marketing activities

Your profile

Master's degree in psychology, social pedagogy, or social work
Professional experience in working with people with mental illness
Strong communication skills, organizational skills, initiative and independent work style
Experience and market knowledge in vocational rehabilitation
Driver's license class B
Very good German language skills (C1, European Framework of Reference)
