Your qualifications at a glance

Ideally, you have already gained professional experience in handling construction and production machinery, as well as in the treatment of mineral waste
If possible, you have a driver's license for construction machinery
In addition, you have sound knowledge in carrying out maintenance and repair work
As a dedicated team player, you value commitment, reliability, and flexibility

As Deputy Operations Manager, you will take on the operational management of our recycling site for mineral waste
This includes planning, controlling, and monitoring all operational processes at the site, as well as the reliable and competent operation of excavators and wheel loaders
We also trust you with the inspection of incoming materials, the decision on their further use, and the personnel planning of your team of 5
In addition, you will work closely with the Hanau site and the commercial department
The maintenance, testing, and documentation of technical and safety-related equipment round off your exciting range of tasks
