Your Responsibilities
- Ensuring compliance with fire protection, health and safety regulations for the location
- Acting as a link between quality, production and customers with the goal of continuously improving processes, products and communication
- Establishing and implementing measures to achieve production goals agreed upon with management
- Analyzing and monitoring relevant key figures in the area and initiating corrective measures
- Optimizing value creation in production in terms of quality and efficiency
- Developing and evaluating proposals for continuous improvement of existing processes in the area and initiating corresponding measures
- Maintaining and optimizing work organization, initiating and accompanying process optimizations, and tracking necessary measures using LEAN tools
- Actively supporting organizational and technical change processes
- Assisting with projects
Your Qualifications
- Completed training as a specialist for occupational safety is advantageous; willingness to complete the training is required
- Analytical thinking, understanding of complex situations and tasks
- Goal- and solution-oriented actions
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to create structured analyses with a focus on implementation
- Independent, structured and dedicated work style
- Teamwork, organizational skills, sense of responsibility and reliability
