We are currently seeking a full-time Safety Officer (m/f/d) for our client BASF at their location in Ludwigshafen. This position is offered through temporary employment.

Your responsibilities:

• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations
• Monitoring and securing employees in hazardous areas, such as fire protection, access control, and crane operation
• Reviewing relevant documentation, such as AES
• Identifying and evaluating potential hazards
• Proper use of respiratory protection equipment
• Alerting appropriate personnel in case of emergency, following established protocols
• Providing initial assistance in case of accidents
• Assisting emergency responders on site

• Completed training as a qualified safety officer
• Good written and verbal communication skills in German
