WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU
The municipal utility company Stadtentwaesserung Pforzheim (ESP) is responsible for wastewater collection, treatment and rainwater management in Pforzheim.
To fulfill these tasks, we employ skilled workers (m/f/d) in the fields of environmental technology, chemical laboratory, electrical engineering and mechanical engineering at our wastewater treatment plant.
The apprenticeship provides a good insight into the work of a wastewater treatment plant and the special structures for rainwater treatment.
APPRENTICESHIP AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assembling and wiring of electrical, measuring, control and regulation equipment
- Mounting and installation of control, regulation and signaling devices
- Measuring non-electrical quantities and testing the function of programmable controllers
- Testing the individual and overall function of safety and protection functions of electrical systems
- Commissioning of equipment and systems for energy distribution, control, signaling and measurement, as well as electrical machines and actuators
- Maintenance of equipment and systems for energy technology

APPRENTICESHIP STRUCTURE
- Practical training (mechanical and electrical) at the wastewater treatment plant
- Attendance at vocational school in Pforzheim
- Examination for skilled worker at the Chamber of Industry and Commerce Nordschwarzwald
REQUIREMENTS
