About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced Head of People to join our team at Whitestone Logging Camp, AK. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR and recruiting strategies for our company. You will have the opportunity to work on various projects and streamline our People, Talent, and Organizational Development initiatives.

In this role, you will:

• Act as a strategic partner for the management team on organizational development and change management projects
• Develop and expand companywide structures and processes, and manage international projects in the areas of People and Company Growth
• Manage internal communications to enhance team spirit and employee retention
• Implement and further develop core topics such as Culture & Values, Leadership, Feedback & Performance, and Goal Setting
• Implement an employer branding roadmap to attract top talent
• Lead a crossfunctional team of Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Project, and Office Management professionals

Your Profile:

• Expertise and several years of experience as a People & Culture Leader, preferably in a dynamic startup environment
• Open, communicative, and friendly, making you an effective sparring partner for the team
• Agile mindset and a passion for improving organizational development
• Highly selfmotivated and able to drive your area of responsibility independently
