What to expect

As a Central Heights-Midland City IT Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing and controlling providers and service providers.

You will also be responsible for building an IT service catalog, defining corresponding processes and value streams, and continuously developing them.

Your tasks will include selecting, setting up, and using an IT service management tool, as well as building and expanding your expertise in the field.

You will be responsible for defining and monitoring KPIs/SLAs/OLAs within the organization based on the IT service catalog for reporting purposes.

You will serve as the operational escalation point for major incidents, problems, and changes.
As a mentor, you will provide technical support and promote the career development of your colleagues at Mazars.
What you bring

A degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable education, several years of practical experience as an IT service manager or IT project manager, and relevant certifications (ITIL, Prince2, PMP) are advantageous.

In-depth knowledge of managing service delivery according to procedural requirements, expertise in ITSM processes, and a strong understanding of ISO 20000.

A keen interest in current trends and technologies, strong analytical and conceptual skills, and a strong affinity for IT.
Familiarity with common ITSM tools (such as Jira Service Management, ServiceNow).
A communicative consulting personality with excellent German and English skills and willingness to travel
