for the TANDEM project in Döbeln

Your new field of activity

Every year, CJD offers 155,000 young and adult people orientation and future opportunities. They are supported, accompanied and trained by over 10,500 full-time and many voluntary employees at more than 350 locations.


TANDEM is aimed at families with at least one minor child, in which at least one member is affected by (long-term) unemployment.

Together with the families, the multiple barriers to employment are analyzed and a support plan is developed, which is constantly adapted and updated.

The goal is to enable parents to integrate into the job market. For the children/adolescents, the focus is on strengthening educational processes and avoiding cycles of help.

Your new area of responsibility

  • Acquiring employment opportunities from companies for the target group, especially through outreach and networking
  • Establishing and developing a network for acquiring employment opportunities
  • Supervising network partners
  • Participating in case conferences with cooperation partners and in a multiprofessional team
Your profile

  • Experience in approaching employers and acquiring job positions
  • Indepth knowledge of the regional job market and vocational knowledge
  • Experience in working with employers
  • Knowledge of job placement and network building and networking
  • Sales experience
  • Independent and responsible work
  • Identification and respectful engagement with the values and norms of the Christian view of humanity
