AGILE OE Coach (m⁠/⁠f⁠/⁠d)

Together with your colleagues in the Change Management team, you can expect diverse and challenging projects along the entire value chain of pharmaceutical production.

Your main responsibilities:

Implementation of the AGILE program at all locations and in all functions to build expertise and a common understanding of the program

Ensuring that the most well-known methods are used within global workflows

Active support in implementing AGILE principles and participation in AGILE bootcamps to acquire key skills

Conducting activities related to the AOS/AGILE Operating System (e.g. supporting 5S implementation, conducting standard workshops to eliminate bottlenecks or improve resource utilization, supporting problem-solving activities)

Supporting AGILE champions throughout the OpU/region as needed on their journey to AGILE

Active exchange of best practices through AGILE sharing tools and Community of Practice (CoP)

Assisting in creating a site roadmap with detailed AGILE activities to be carried out in collaboration with the site/function team during the fiscal year
