Our client is a modern, expanding company located in the Biberach-Riss area.

We are currently seeking a
Export Clerk (m/f/d) to join our team.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Processing customer orders in the inventory management system (Navision)
  • Ensuring high customer satisfaction through serviceoriented support
  • Ensuring legally compliant customs clearance for exports to EU and nonEU countries
  • Acting as the main point of contact for all customsrelated matters
  • Maintaining customs master data
  • Creating customs documents in accordance with current customs regulations and countryspecific requirements
  • Close coordination with the logistics and customer service departments
  • Commissioning freight forwarders and creating delivery documents and invoices

Your qualifications:


  • Completed commercial training with additional qualifications in customs or foreign trade
  • Indepth knowledge of customs law
  • At least 1 year of experience with customs clearance in nonEU countries
  • Proficient in MS Office and ATLAS
  • Fluent in English, ideally also in French
  • Your strengths: customer orientation, solutionoriented approach, conscientiousness, reliability, flexibility, and independence
