What You'll Do:


  • Support marketing technology platforms as an administrator.
  • Train and support marketing staff on using marketing technology tools.
  • Integrate marketing technology products with each other.
  • Monitor data quality within marketing technology products.
  • Research and recommend new marketing technology products.


This role is crucial for managing user access, developing operational procedures, and ensuring our team maximizes the benefits of our social media and marketing technology stack.


Key Responsibilities Include:

Tool Administration: Administer and manage various social media tools and platforms to ensure effective use across the organization.

User Management: Provision and deprovision user accounts; configure and maintain user roles and permissions to ensure data security and compliance.

Procedure Development: Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and user guides for consistent and efficient use of all social media tools.

Policy Enforcement: Work closely with IT and social media teams to enforce governance policies that meet company and regulatory standards.

System Maintenance: Collaborate with IT and vendors for updates, troubleshoot system issues, and maximize tool utilization.

Training and Support: Conduct training sessions, support marketing team members, and provide technical assistance on using marketing tools effectively.

Performance Monitoring: Regularly evaluate tool effectiveness, generate usage reports, and provide insights for improvement.

Documentation: Maintain documentation for system configurations, updates, user guidelines, processes, A/B tests, and configurations.

  • Manage tool renewal processes.
  • Serve as the user access and password administrator for employees and thirdparty agencies.
  • Implement enterpriselevel social media tools.

What You'll Bring:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field, or at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Experience: Background in digital marketing technologies with a strong understanding of marketing strategies.

Problem Solving: Excellent problem-solving abilities with a knack for diagnosing and resolving technical issues.

Communication: Strong communication and training skills, capable of explaining technical details to non-technical team members.

Vendor Management: Experience managing vendor relationships and software integrations is a plus.

Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Industry Knowledge: Up-to-date on the latest marketing technology trends and best practices.


Pay Range:
$ $42.40 Hourly


This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.

Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
