We are a medium-sized bus company located in Maple Glen, PA and operate in the areas of charter transportation, travel transportation, student transportation, and group trips.

We are currently seeking a skilled
Tourism Specialist (m/f/d) for our bus company on a part-time or full-time basis.

Your responsibilities:

Planning and organizing bus/group trips
Advising new and existing customers
Creating offers
Organizing travel itineraries and program components
Purchasing travel modules/components, hotel bookings
Managing trips in the computer system (including "BusProNet" tourism software)
Processing and followup of trips, travel accounting
General correspondence

Your profile:

Completed education (ideally in the tourism industry)
Relevant work experience
Fluent in German, proficient in English
Good computer/IT skills (MS Office, various booking systems, knowledge of BusProNet is an advantage)
Enjoyment of the tourism industry and ability to work in a team
