Position:
Labor & Delivery (LD) Nurse - Per Diem

Shift: 12-hour shifts, 11:00 AM - 11:30 PM - Panorama City, CA


Openings: 1


Responsibilities:


  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to women during labor, delivery, and postpartum periods.
  • Manage highrisk labor and delivery cases.
  • Monitor fetal heart rates, maternal vital signs, and labor progress.
  • Administer medications and assist obstetricians during deliveries.
  • Educate and support mothers and families throughout the birthing process.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience.
  • 1 year of highrisk labor and delivery experience within the last 2 years.
  • Available to work 12 shifts per week.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Active nursing license.
  • COVID vaccine card.
  • Strong clinical skills and excellent communication abilities.

Pay:
$ $93.00 per hour


Expected hours:
No less than 24 per week

Experience:
