**The companies Volkswagen Automobile Hannover GmbH and Volkswagen Automobile Region Hannover GmbH are wholly-owned subsidiaries of Volkswagen Group Retail Deutschland and therefore group companies of Volkswagen AG. Currently, we employ over 500 employees at our four locations in and around Hannover for the Volkswagen and Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles brands.

We are looking for a Service Advisor (m/f/d) for our location in Podbi as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities:

As the main point of contact between customers and our dealership, you will provide high-quality customer service on a daily basis.

You will assess the issues/complaints expressed by customers and advise them on the type, scope, and cost of repairs.

Your tasks also include creating work orders through proper diagnosis and conducting quality control before handing over the vehicle to the customer.

Your qualifications:

Completed commercial or technical training
Certification as a Service Advisor (m/f/d)
Several years of experience in customer service
Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, Cross)
Convincing appearance, organizational and negotiation skills
Communication skills and customer orientation
Positive and open demeanor
