As a member of our Intensive Care and Problem Credit Processing team, you will be responsible for closely supporting customers facing financial difficulties.

This includes all areas of intensive care and problem credit processing.

You will conduct conversations, create analyses, handle intensive engagements, evaluate current and future debt service capacity, make recommendations, and develop corresponding action plans.

Additionally, you will also be responsible for terminating and managing the settlement strategy for mortgage-secured claims.


You will also conduct formal and material reviews of existing financing that has been classified as intensive care and/or problem credit engagements.

Monitoring these engagements and collaborating with insolvency administrators and other external service providers will also be part of your responsibilities.

Furthermore, you will document negotiation results and ensure their compliance.


What do you bring to the table?

  • Completed training as a bank clerk
  • Basic experience in intensive care and/or problem credit processing, as well as handling nonperforming loans
  • Business knowledge and expertise in credit business
  • Knowledge of legal and economic evaluation, acquisition, and utilization of all common bank collateral
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Convincing demeanor, negotiation skills, and assertiveness
  • Teamwork abilities
