I already have the ADE program downloaded on my laptop, but I think it's either downloaded incorrectly or I don't know how to use it, because I can't manage the e-books sent to me by the municipal library.

    • I want to set up an e-book reader, Pocketbook brand, by linking it to the computer from which I can send the downloaded DRM-protected e-books in EPUB format. I believe I need to download the Adobe Digital Editions (ADE) program first.

    • It's a PC connected to the e-book.

  • What is the brand and model of the device?
    • The Pocketbook model is Ink Pad 3.

  • Is the device still under warranty?
    • Yes.

  • Where will the work be done?
    • Pick-up and free delivery of the device to your home.
