What to expect with us:

  • You will be the main point of contact for our customers and handle all incoming phone and written inquiries from customers
  • You will handle after-sales processes and take care of customer complaints
  • You will advise our customers on individual products and provide recommendations
  • As a valuable team member, you will contribute ideas to continuously improve our processes
