Your responsibilities:

Processing, support and advice on general personnel matters for salaried employees and civil servants
Management of the entire recruitment process (preparation of job postings, candidate selection, conducting interviews)
Preparation and implementation of personnel measures, including the creation of employment and amendment contracts
Handling of special cases that go beyond the usual personnel tasks, as well as complex and difficult legal issues
Fulfillment of duties as equal opportunities officer
Central contact person and onsite trainer for the support and assistance of our apprentices and interns
Participation in the development of internal processes and personnel projects

Your profile:

Successfully completed training as a public administration specialist, Bachelor of Arts in Public Management, university degree (university or technical college) in business or economics with a focus on personnel, administrative assistant (focus on personnel), certified personnel management specialist (Bachelor Professional) or a comparable qualification
Professional experience in the field of human resources preferably in the public sector is advantageous
Comprehensive knowledge of collective bargaining law, especially the TVöD, as well as civil service and labor law would be desirable
Independent and structured way of working combined with communication skills and a sense of responsibility
High level
