As a CRM Marketing Specialist, you will be primarily responsible for end-to-end delivery; from capturing campaign requirements through to planning, developing, and QA'ing communications.

Supports the CRM Strategy team with the planning and execution of key initiatives and campaigns, including ontime delivery, rush requests scheduling, audit support and training.
Partners with CRM Operations to ensure that all planned communications are identified, tracked, and delivered on schedule
Responsible for coordinating all push planning, scheduling, development and QA with CRM Program managers
Manages communications and updates in various channels to the CRM team and cross functional teams
Reviews, confirms, and updates calendars to ensure accuracy in campaign planning and execution

Qualifications
years of marketing-related experience

Bachelor's degree preferred, marketing or technologyrelated
Excellent organizational and project management skills (attention to detail, handling, and prioritization multiple priorities, managing tight timelines) are critical
Proficiency in MS Office tools
Monitor and report on campaign performance to clients and internal teams using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Salesforce, and/or Tableau.
Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills a must
Selfmotivated, resultsoriented, strategic thinker
