Your responsibilities

According to your chosen field, you will be trained in areas such as housekeeping, reception, reservations, marketing, purchasing, kitchen, and F&B. Training content includes, but is not limited to:

  • Welcoming, advising, and assisting guests
  • Preparing and inspecting guest rooms
  • Preparing and serving food and beverages
  • Conducting sales conversations and creating offers
  • Developing, implementing, and evaluating marketing measures
