Your Responsibilities


Your new role is diverse. You will primarily work in the small-scale construction service in the areas of air conditioning, refrigeration, ventilation, heating, plumbing, and electrical engineering. This includes creating cost estimates, orders, and additional calculations for contracts in small-scale construction and facility management of buildings and larger facilities. This also includes processing and maintaining master data for standard calculations, obtaining material and subcontractor prices, and determining quantities for fixed-price offers. You will also develop special proposals and conduct cost estimates.

Your Profile


Your profile is a good fit if you have a technical education, a degree as a technician or master in the relevant field, or a degree in building technology and have some experience in project and object management and/or cost estimation. You should have a strong sense of cost awareness, attention to detail, and commitment. You should also be proficient in MS Office, Excel, and Power Point. Another requirement is excellent German language skills, both written and spoken. Personally, it is important to us that you demonstrate a responsible, innovative, and independent work style.
