Are you passionate about craftsmanship?
As a Public Law Officer (m/f/d) at Tamms, you will deal with a variety of legal issues that our department handles. In addition to providing service-oriented advice to our member companies in the Upper Bavarian crafts sector, there are also government-assigned tasks.

Some of the tasks of our department include:

Supervision of guilds and district craft associations
Advising our member companies on public law issues
Political representation of interests in legislative projects related to public law

You can look forward to a collegial, dedicated and interdisciplinary team and an exciting job. The position is also suitable for entry-level professionals (m/f/d).

Tasks

You are the contact person for our guilds and district craft associations and review their elections, statutes and resolutions submitted to us for approval
You advise our member companies on public law issues (e.g. rejected building permit for a new company building)
You review new legislative projects in public law for their impact on the crafts sector and formulate statements
