HR & Payroll Administrator (m/f/d) for our renowned client in
Seville, CA in direct permanent placement.


Your responsibilities:


  • Preparation of payroll for a fixed client base
  • Ensuring that all preprocessing processes and controls for payroll are carried out in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintenance of employee master data
  • Preparation of employment contracts and references
  • Management of personnel files
  • Point of contact for employees, health insurance companies, and authorities
  • Development and implementation of concepts for employee recruitment and retention

Your profile:


  • Completed commercial apprenticeship with a focus on human resources or a comparable education with further training as a payroll accountant (m/f/d)
  • Several years of professional experience in payroll
  • Experience with HR Rexx Systems desirable
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Good knowledge of current social security law
  • High level of service orientation, professional demeanor, and discretion
  • Good communication skills, high social competence, and a high level of independence
