We are currently seeking a Sales Manager for our client, an international company based in Germany.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying new sales opportunities and coordinating activities with strategic customers
- Developing and implementing sales strategies
- Forecasting and budgeting customer requirements
- Working with sales and technical documents
- Maintaining good relationships with existing customers
- Building a customer base, conducting negotiations, and providing quotations
- Participating in training, seminars, trade fairs, and customer events, with occasional travel within Germany and the EU
- Enhancing the company's image
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar position, preferably in the automotive industry with products such as bearings, joints, bushings, or in the industrial sector
- Technical education
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with strong interpersonal abilities
- Open-mindedness and ease in establishing contacts
- Strong organizational skills
- Valid
