Description

Amentum is in search of a professional for the role of Foreign Disclosure Representative to provide support to the DIA Office of Counterintelligence located in Quantico, VA. The main responsibility of the Disclosure Representative involves preparing and handling foreign disclosure requests and offering suggestions to the Government following U.S. disclosure and release policies and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

Examine different products for release, ensuring all sources are identified and correct security classification markings are applied.
Validate sources against the content of the product.
Maintain archives of disclosure requests and adjudications, and address data requests; recommend disclosures or information releases following technical and substantive reviews; offer guidance on foreign disclosure policy and procedures based on the Foreign Disclosure program; and manage and keep records of decisions related to disclosure matters.
Utilize comprehensive knowledge of policies and guidelines to assess finalized, distributed products for release eligibility.
Provide advice to analysts on adjusting their products to ensure releasability when appropriate.
Collaborate with analysts and collection agencies to compose and present releasability requests.
Formulate and suggest procedures, manuals, and methodologies for implementing the National Disclosure Policy (NDP-1) for CI analysis.
Carry out any other assigned duties.

Minimum Qualifications:

Active TS/SCI security clearance and ability to obtain a polygraph.
Possession of a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience or equivalent.
Proficient understanding and experience in IC and DoD policies and procedures for assessing the releasability of classified information.
