Are you a Medical Assistant or Doctor's Assistant (m/f/d) with professional experience? Are you interested in working in the
Team Control Assistance - Outpatient Control Points, Nursing and Functional Services? Then you are in the right place with us We are looking for a Medical Assistant (m/f/d) to cover maternity leave, parental leave and parental leave, in full-time (38.5 hours/week), starting as soon as possible.

Your tasks

Scheduling appointments for outpatient patients
Administrative case and document creation in the hospital information system
Acceptance and control of patients
Preparation of examination equipment and requests
File management

Your profile

Completed vocational training as a Doctor's Assistant (m/f/d) or Medical Assistant (m/f/d)
Very good IT skills (Windows, ORBIS)
Knowledge of billing requirements for university outpatient clinics is an advantage
Structured, goaloriented and independent way of working
