Responsibilities:


  • The engine of the construction site: You lead your employees and subcontractors, assign tasks and organize the construction process of bridge construction projects
  • You hold everything together: as a foreman/woman (m/f/d), you support the construction management in communicating with clients and authorities, participate in meetings regarding the construction process, and document the construction progress
  • Additionally, you are responsible for the procurement, ordering, monitoring, scheduling, and return of materials
  • You inspect everything: from quality control to implementing regulations for occupational health and safety

Qualifications:


  • You are a master of your trade and have completed a vocationaltechnical training and/or further education as a certified foreman/woman (m/f/d), master (m/f/d), or construction technician (m/f/d)
  • You enjoy bringing your experience to our team and ideally have a SIVV certificate
  • You are digitally proficient on PC/tablet and have a class B driver's license
  • You have good German language skills, both written and spoken
  • You are willing to travel regionally
  • You know what it takes to lead a construction site, how to keep the team together, and manage all trades
  • You feel comfortable on the construction site and in a team, are dedicated to your work, and can work independently
