A reasonable salary range for this position is $66,259 - $70,295.

Position description:

Appointments may be part-time or full-time, from one quarter up to one year in duration.


Qualifications:


Successful applicants are required to:
- hold an MFA or PHD in Creative Writing
- demonstrated outstanding teaching experience (at least 2 years teaching at the College level) in at least three of the following genres/areas: Fiction Writing, Poetry Writing, Creative Nonfiction Writing, Screenwriting, and Speculative Fiction Writing.

  • Publications in Peer-Reviewed Journals

Preferred qualifications

  • Demonstrated outstanding teaching experience in more than three of the following genres/areas: Fiction Writing, Poetry Writing, Creative Nonfiction Writing, Screenwriting, and Speculative Fiction Writing.
  • One or more books in the above genres
