Description

The community of Hattstedt is currently seeking a full-time, permanent employee (m/f/d) for the Hattstedt municipal construction yard.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Repair and maintenance work in community-owned buildings, properties, and facilities
  • Operation and maintenance of machinery
  • Maintenance of green spaces and sports fields, including tree, shrub, and hedge trimming
  • Creation and maintenance of flower beds and planting areas
  • Work with the bush shredder device, work at the composting plant
  • Maintenance, repair, and cleaning of park benches, trash cans, etc.
  • Sidewalk and road repairs, including paving and construction work
  • Support for events (barricades, supply and disposal, setup and dismantling)
  • Maintenance and upkeep of the vehicle and machinery fleet
  • Collaboration with mayors, politicians, and service providers

Your profile:

  • Craftsman training
  • Extensive and diverse craftsmanship skills and experience
  • At least a class T driver's license
  • Experience in handling and operating tractors
  • Teamwork, conflict management, flexibility, and resilience
  • Independent and responsible work ethic
