We are looking for:

Work Science / Industrial Engineering Consultant (m/f/d):


  • Reutlingen
    Tasks:
  • You develop compensation and incentive systems and implement them.
  • You design working hours and develop corresponding shift schedule models.
  • You support in occupational health and safety as well as workplace design.
  • You are the contact person (m/f/d) for questions regarding operational organization, value creation management, and industrial engineering.
  • You organize working groups and networks for the exchange of experiences among member companies.
  • Your area of operation is in Reutlingen and the surrounding area.

Profile:


  • You have a degree in engineering or a comparable education.
  • You have experience in an industrial company.
  • You have broad knowledge in the areas of work and operational organization as well as the methods of work study (REFA) and MTM.
  • You have knowledge of Industry 4.0 / digitalization / transformation.
  • Ideally, you are familiar with the collective agreements of the metal and electrical industry.
