Booking Agent (m/f/d) for Holiday Accommodations in Maurice, IA Wanted. You will assist with the rental of apartments, rooms, and apartments.

Your tasks:


  • Consultation on the offers of the sharing platform for vacation accommodations
  • Answering incoming inquiries regarding booking and rental of accommodations
  • Assistance with using the platform, e.g. registrations, reservations, etc.
  • Handling complaints
  • Documenting customer concerns in the system

Your profile:


  • Do you have previous work experience?
  • Do you have a good knowledge of MS Office?
  • Do you have excellent communication skills?
  • Do you have very good German skills?
  • Do you have good English skills?
  • Additional foreign languages such as French / Dutch / Spanish / Italian / Bulgarian / Turkish / Croatian are an advantage
