We are looking for a dedicated commercial clerk (m/f/d) for our client, a renowned logistics company in Chatham, VA, to join their sales support team in a full-time permanent position.

What you will do:


  • National and international shipping coordination (land/sea freight)
  • Commissioning of freight forwarders
  • Preparation of all export documents
  • Export control and verification
  • Preparation of offers, order processing, and monitoring of deadlines
  • Invoicing and monitoring of payments
  • Organization of trade fairs and trips

What you bring:


  • Completed commercial training, e.g. as a freight forwarder
  • Experience in export processing
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • First experience with ERP and CRM systems
  • Teamwork and adaptability
