Description

The district of Ebersberg is looking for a clerk (m/f/d) for the field of state waste law at the earliest possible date for an unlimited period of time and part-time (75%)

Your main tasks:
Independent handling of approval procedures with and without public participation Monitoring of waste disposal (sewage sludge disposal; verification of proper recycling, among others for construction waste; verification of compliance with legal requirements such as packaging law, electrical law, substitute building materials regulation; issuance of exemptions)

Removal of unauthorized waste deposits (including ordering measures, on-site inspections, issuing of removal/tolerance/access orders/cost notices; issuance of exemptions) Conducting administrative offense proceedings Consultation and opinions (including preparation of press releases, information sheets, information to those affected about legal changes, various notification obligations due to EU law) Your profile:
Administrative specialist (m/f/d) or civil servant (m/f/d) of the third qualification level of the specialist career path for administration and finance, technical focus on non-technical administrative services or successfully completed studies in law with first state examination or Bachelor of Laws Interest in environmental law topics and technical connections Enjoyment of working with legal texts Confident appearance, persuasiveness and assertiveness High social competence Resilience and decision-making ability Conscientious, independent and careful work High organizational skills as well as conflict and team skills Possession of a class B driver's license Our offer: A varied, challenging and diverse range of tasks A cooperative and appreciative
