    Creative, energetic experiential hospitality brand is seeking an experienced General Manager or Assistant General Manager to join the leadership team. This is a hands-on role ensuring the seamless operation of the food and beverage programs and a successful opening of a NEW 39,000 sq. foot location in Las Vegas with a capacity of 900+ guests and a staff of 200+.Open to both General Manager and AGM level candidates.

    They will deliver a premium craft-cocktail focused beverage program in a high-volume environment, as well as manage the relationships with our food hall vendors.As a member of the Senior Leadership team, the candidate will derive and execute strategic initiatives to grow the business.

    The GM/AGM will also oversee all floor activities related to service and entertainment on any assigned shift acting in the capacity of either a Manager on Duty or Lead Manager.With an overriding focus on our Food and Beverage programs and teams, the AGM/GM balances operational excellence, commercial acumen, safety compliance and enhanced emotional intelligence.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Minimum 3 years experience in a senior management role (ideally AGM or GM) in a premium high-volume hospitality venue
    • A proven track record in managing high-volume, craft cocktail focused beverage programs within premium hospitality environments with high standards of performance
    • Strong leadership ability and financial acumen
    • Experience in beverage program creation, analysis, implementation, and efficacy
    • Excellent communication at all levels
    • The ability to manage under pressure and make decisions in real time
    • The ability to manage multiple operational and managerial tasks simultaneously
    • Personal maturity to deal with confidential information and/or issues with discretion and sound judgment
    • A relentless sense of optimism and the ability to adapt
    • A healthy interest in social competition and passion for hospitality
    • TIPS alcohol certification
    • Food handling certification
