- Minimum 3 years experience in a senior management role (ideally AGM or GM) in a premium high-volume hospitality venue
- A proven track record in managing high-volume, craft cocktail focused beverage programs within premium hospitality environments with high standards of performance
- Strong leadership ability and financial acumen
- Experience in beverage program creation, analysis, implementation, and efficacy
- Excellent communication at all levels
- The ability to manage under pressure and make decisions in real time
- The ability to manage multiple operational and managerial tasks simultaneously

Job DescriptionCreative, energetic experiential hospitality brand is seeking an experienced General Manager or Assistant General Manager to join the leadership team. This is a hands-on role ensuring the seamless operation of the food and beverage programs and a successful opening of a NEW 39,000 sq. foot location in Las Vegas with a capacity of 900+ guests and a staff of 200+.Open to both General Manager and AGM level candidates.
They will deliver a premium craft-cocktail focused beverage program in a high-volume environment, as well as manage the relationships with our food hall vendors.As a member of the Senior Leadership team, the candidate will derive and execute strategic initiatives to grow the business.
The GM/AGM will also oversee all floor activities related to service and entertainment on any assigned shift acting in the capacity of either a Manager on Duty or Lead Manager.With an overriding focus on our Food and Beverage programs and teams, the AGM/GM balances operational excellence, commercial acumen, safety compliance and enhanced emotional intelligence.
