Responsibility for the technical development of one or more IT services (pull and mobile print, as well as (e)scan)
Analysis of architectural requirements from our client
Evaluation of new products and technologies
Independent development of technical solutions and responsibility for the design and build phase during service (further) development
Consulting and support for service management in the conceptualization of the responsible services
Technical and professional support in service-related projects
Successfully completed degree in the IT field or comparable education
At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in the enterprise environment
Knowledge of current technologies and trends in the print/scan/presentation environment, especially in the area of replacement scanning
Very good knowledge of building and designing IT services, as well as knowledge of automation
Good knowledge of IT service development according to ITIL, ideally with certifications, as well as knowledge of PowerShell
Knowledge of agile working methods is an advantage
Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken, as well as a solid understanding of the English language
