customer service representative for my internationally operating
IT client company in the
healthcare industry in
Leipzig.

Your responsibilities:


  • You act as a liaison between the client companies and their departments
  • You advise and support an existing active customer network
  • You evaluate and analyze customer needs
  • You help these existing contract customers succeed, potentially through upselling

Your qualifications:


  • Completed commercial
    or business or technical degree
    or equivalent knowledge acquired through practical experience
  • Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems
  • Good knowledge of English due to the international nature of the company
  • Responsible and teamoriented work style
