Planning, organizing, coordinating, and evaluating processes within the department,
Supporting the department head as an active deputy,
Demandoriented personnel planning, personnel management, and personnel development of your subordinate employees, taking into account legal, collective bargaining, and company requirements,
Goal and resultsoriented cooperation in a multiprofessional team,
Quality assurance and further development of the nursing services and nursing process,
Implementation of the annual goals agreed upon with the nursing management.

A strong personality with organizational and communication skills,
Strong action and social competence,
Goal and resultsoriented leadership,
Active interest in shaping established practices and setting new impulses,
Willingness for further education and training.
