Team Lead - w/m/d - Crocs Store Outlet Center Metzingen


As a Team Lead, you ensure that every customer receives outstanding service through a friendly environment that includes attention to each customer and knowledge of products and all aspects of customer service.

In addition, you are responsible for the Crocs Store when the Store Management is not present.

We are looking for a Team Lead for our Crocs Store at the
Outlet Center Metzingen.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Acting as a substitute for Store Management in their absence and delegating tasks to ensure that the checklists for opening and/or closing the store are completed on time
  • Training new employees
  • Identifying customer needs and ensuring that every customer receives outstanding service during each visit to the Crocs Store
  • Supporting the maximization of sales at the Crocs Store
  • Solid product knowledge and knowledge of current promotions and advertising campaigns
  • Assisting with the sales floor, inventory, and organization
  • Taking personal responsibility for your own development and actively seeking opportunities to improve
  • Contributing to the team and making suggestions for constantly improving customer service
  • Any other tasks assigned by Store Management

Profile

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a commercial field
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service
  • Good communication skills
  • Initiative in completing tasks
  • Brand ambassador for Crocs
