What will you be doing as a Sales & Marketing Manager with Family Entertainment Group?

  • Provide excellent guest service
  • Work with the General Manager and Director of Marketing to develop, maintain and update the annual marketing plan on an ongoing basis.
  • Actively seek new sources of group business through internet sources, associations, and other contacts to add to the existing database.
  • Maintain inventory and updated copies of all onsite party and event collateral material.
  • Maintain all signage, monitors, and marketing content.
  • Collect media kits and spec sheets for new marketing opportunities.
  • Distribute all necessary promotional material, signage, instructions, etc. for scheduled promotions/events.
  • Manage data entryrelated emarketing as directed by the GM and/or DOM.
  • Supervise and coordinate with the GM all scheduled parties to ensure a consistent quality guest experience through your own efforts as well as key staff

  • Minimum three years of sales and party management experience.
  • Proven success in a large, multidisciplinary store.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, problem solving, interpersonal, guest service and leadership skills.
  • Proficient PC skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other system programs.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment.
  • Ability to prioritize work and multitask successfully.
  • Ability to develop and maintain a successful team and crossfunctional relationships.
  • Flexible availability to include, but not limited to, nights, weekends and holidays.
