This is a challenging opportunity for me because my physical fitness is not the best. However, I want to get in shape for my health and especially to pass the physical tests. I go to the gym, but usually I just use the treadmill and some strength machines. Currently, I would not pass any of the 3 required tests, but I am willing to train. I am asking for help because it is difficult to do it alone.
