Your mission

  • Realize projects: Implementation of projects in the field of technical facility management
  • Inspire for technology: You coordinate, plan and monitor the operation, maintenance and repair of technical building equipment such as heating, plumbing and ventilation systems, small refrigeration and kitchen systems, doors and gates in a defined part of the building and are responsible for the proper functioning of the building complex at all times
  • Tackle tasks: Ordering, briefing and coordination and monitoring of externally awarded maintenance and repair work as well as providing technical support to our employees
  • Drive progress: Identification of weaknesses in technical systems and development and implementation of continuous improvement proposals (CIP management)
  • Ensure communication: Spokesperson for the customer; Technical contact for our employees on site during maintenance and repairs as well as for new and renovation projects

Your profile

  • Education: Master (m/f/d), technician (m/f/d) or completed studies in plumbing, heating and air conditioning technology, supply technology, media technology or similar
  • Experience: First experience in building and facility management, supply technology or technical facility management desirable
  • Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
