The
WEIDEMANN Building Management GmbH is a subsidiary of Weidemann-Gruppe GmbH.

We provide various services for our clients, including building cleaning and internal processes - from maintenance cleaning to maintenance and controlling.


To expand our team, we are looking for an
Object Manager (m/f/d) for the cleaning department in the Hanau, Kassel, and Fulda areas.

We offer a full-time position from Monday to Friday.


Your responsibilities

  • Ensuring the provision of contractually agreed facility management services, including documentation
  • Organizing and monitoring all operational processes (basic and special cleaning) as well as quality assurance of the services provided
  • Ensuring the costeffectiveness of your area monitoring hours and controlling cost development
  • Developing recommendations for process optimization, taking into account contract requirements
  • You are the main contact person for our clients

Your qualifications

  • Qualified training in building management or at least 3 years of professional experience in technical facility operation or building management
  • Leadership experience, teamwork skills, and empathy
  • Commitment and high customer and solution orientation
  • Proficiency in MS Office
