Technician (m/f/d) in the field of climate technology within the Building Management Department in Stuttgart

YOUR TASKS

  • The service is provided in shift work (three-shift system, weekends, 12 hours, 365 days)
  • Operating and monitoring technical systems (HVAC, energy technology, etc.) and systems such as fire alarm systems
  • Receiving and independently resolving incoming fault reports and forwarding them, issuing keys and access cards to authorized persons, and monitoring their return when leaving the SWR premises
  • Coordinating operations with security/entrance gate, fire department, police, emergency doctor, SWR rescue team, and elevator rescue in case of elevator fault reports
  • Programming building automation systems and creating system diagrams
  • Performing tasks in the field of building management (e.g. maintenance and repair work, inspection rounds, project work, construction site supervision) during day shifts and as needed in shift work
