Responsibilities:

  • Telephone and written support for customers and international business partners
  • Processing of technical inquiries and application-specific design of exhaust gas purification systems
  • Liaison between customers, internal departments, and sales partners
  • Troubleshooting and assistance in resolving technical issues
  • Professional handling of customer concerns, such as preparing quotes and reviewing and approving orders
  • Creation of technical documents and product presentations

Requirements:

  • Technical education or degree
  • Professional experience in dealing with customers in a technical advisory role, such as in the chemical industry, front-end semiconductor manufacturing, or mechanical engineering
  • Proficient in MS Office and experienced with graphic design software
