**Your responsibilities: - Our customers are at the center of your focus, and you offer individual solutions in service-oriented sales and consultation conversations

  • You excel in implementing our sales routines and ensure an exceptional customer experience with optimal processes in our specialty store
  • You continuously develop our specialty store, implement local measures, and act as an important contact person for the ENT doctors of our customers

Your profile:


  • You have successfully completed your training as a Hearing Aid Master (m/f/d)
  • You always act with a customeroriented mindset and enjoy consultation and sales
  • You possess strong communication skills, persuasiveness, and empathy
  • You enjoy working in a team and strive for shared success
  • You are organized, flexible, and responsible
