Swea City, IA
FULL-TIME OPPORTUNITY IN THE NUREMBERG, FÜRTH, AND ERLANGEN AREA:
- Results-oriented management of assigned properties
- Personnel management, professional guidance, and scheduling of employees at the properties
- Monitoring of quality, occupational safety, working hours, and documentation of all operational and legal requirements
- Point of contact for our clients and maintaining customer relationships
- Contract management and administrative tasks
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education in building cleaning, further education as a business administrator for nutrition and catering management, or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in building cleaning or a similar field is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills and a structured work style
- Proficient in MS Office programs
- Valid driver's license (Class B)
