For our sales department in the
Bremen / Oldenburg region, we are looking for a
Sales Representative (m/f/d) in Field Sales in full-time.

Your responsibilities:

• Implementation of our sales strategy in your area of responsibility
• Development and management of market potential in your region
• Proactive and structured acquisition to expand our customer base
• Active support and product information for our customers and prospects
• Preparation and followup of offers as well as negotiations on prices and sales volumes in coordination with our sales team
• Budget and sales responsibility as well as active participation in the planning process
• Conducting trainings and information events for customers / at trade fairs

Your qualifications:

• Completed electrical engineering training or degree, commercial background with technical additional qualifications
• Valid professional experience in a comparable position as a Sales Representative (m/f/d) in field sales
• Knowledge of lighting technology and industry experience are necessary
• Strong communication skills and convincing appearance
• Proficient in working with modern information systems (e.g. ERP, CRM)
• Knowledge of English is desirable
