  • Professional experience in recruiting for a company or a personnel consultancy
  • Responsible for the creative development of recruiting strategies
  • Analysis and development of new methods to increase applicant rate and attract new colleagues
  • Conducting interviews and supporting the retail department from the first conversation to hiring
  • Strong communication skills
  • Independent and solutionoriented approach
  • Confident appearance
  • Excellent MS Office skills and experience with other common IT tools
  • Fluent in German and English
