Operations Manager


Duties:


  • Oversee daytoday operations of the company, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business goals and objectives
  • Manage and optimize processes to improve productivity and efficiency
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
  • Lead and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance and support
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive business growth and success
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and implement measures to achieve financial targets
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation

Experience:


  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a healthcare industry
  • Strong knowledge of profit loss analysis, project management, and strategic planning
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and supervise a team effectively
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others
  • Proven track record in driving sales growth and business development initiatives
  • Experience in process improvement methodologies to streamline operations
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
